Field Marketing & Events — Experience Design × AI
Over a decade building moments that move people — from C-suite dinners to building third spaces for my community.
About
Fourteen years. Galleries and weddings, corporate agency productions, C-suite dinners with industry thought leaders, scrappy AI startups finding their people. The context keeps changing. The work is always the same: get the right people in a room and make something happen.
I moved into field marketing and startup work because I wanted ownership. To build with hungry teams and define from scratch what it means for a brand to show up in a room. That's the work I love. I'm detail-oriented by nature, comfortable under pressure, and genuinely good at building from nothing. (I have a degree in experiential events from MassArt, where I studied under the Studio for Interrelated Media. Coming from fine arts and a family of artists will do that to you.)
The more AI becomes part of everyday life, the more people will want to gather. To talk about it, connect with their communities, give their time back to real experiences. Getting offline. Touching grass. Being present. It's a genuinely exciting time to be at the intersection of tech and events, because they affect each other deeply.
I use AI every day in my personal and professional workflow. I vibe coded this website and use agentic workflows to move faster, build leaner, and think more clearly. Built with Claude.

Work
From corporate C-suite dinners to large-scale production and grassroots field marketing, each project built to move pipeline, build community, or both.
Joined Archive as their first events hire and built the entire function from zero — strategy, SOPs, vendor relationships, run-of-show templates, and full creative direction for dinners and activations. No playbook. Four months. One person. Reported directly to the CEO and CMO.
Designed and produced a dinner series and after-hours series, including creative direction for custom menus, physical and digital event assets, end-to-end event production, registration management, and outreach direction.
Hit the program's pipeline goal in half the projected time — generating $440K in qualified pipeline in month one.
Built SOPs by synthesizing meeting notes, call transcripts, and post-event retros — documentation the team actually used, not a generic template.
Operated as a team of one, owning every element from venue sourcing and vendor management to post-event follow-up and reporting.
Developed agentic workflows for managing master event databases and team communications, building faster and leaner through AI tooling.

Community Work
Thalasso is a creative event studio I founded. My creative partner Alivia and I run it together — two Brooklyn-based creatives who love throwing events as much as attending them. We design thoughtful experiences rooted in intention, creativity, and play. Past events include Big Picnic, the Barry’s Austin activation for Birds&Blokes, Thalasso x Lil’Chop Salon, and the Thalasso Floral Workshop. For curious creatures who believe the best nights start with “sounds weird — let’s go.”
